Minimum marks required in Diploma for all positions: Minimum 60% marks for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates
Shortlisting and selection process:
- The selection process may comprise of various shortlisting and selection tools like Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview etc. which would be administered depending upon the position requirement.
- The candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be called for CBT.
- The Computer Based Test will consist of objective questions and will comprise of two parts mainly General Aptitude and Technical/ Professional knowledge.
- Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Test may be called for Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test and Personal Interview in order of merit & predetermined ratio. Candidates qualifying in Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test will be referred for Personal Interview. Candidates will further be referred for Pre-Employment Medical Examination basis their overall performance in Computer based Test, Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test and Personal Interview
- Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the applicable selection process stages to be considered for further selection process.
The details related to syllabus for Computer Based Test, Shortlisting methodology, Selection process will be uploaded on the official website of HPCL prior to commencement of selection process.
Note: Appointment to the above posts will be subject to the candidate being medically fit and/ or clearing the physical endurance tests as per the standards prescribed for the post by the Company. Shortlisted candidates shall be required to get their Pre-Employment Medical Examination done in HPCL nominated/ empaneled hospitals.
Placement and Posting: Posting/ Assignment can be in any SBU/ Department of Marketing Division of the Corporation at any place in the country
