Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), a prominent Government of India enterprise, is inviting applications from dynamic engineering graduates and diploma holders for the positions of Engineer Trainees and Supervisor Trainees. Position Details Engineer Trainee and Supervisor Trainee Recruitment 2025:
- Engineer Trainees (ETs): Candidates with a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech), a 5-year Integrated Master’s Degree, or a Dual Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant disciplines are eligible to apply.
- Supervisor Trainees (STs): Applicants should possess a full-time regular Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA (60% for SC/ST candidates) in relevant disciplines.

Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 27 years as of February 1, 2025. Candidates born before February 1, 1998, are not eligible. For those with a two-year full-time Post Graduation in Engineering or Business Administration/Management, the age limit is extended to 29 years.
Compensation:
- Engineer Trainees: The pay scale ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000, with a basic pay of ₹60,000.
- Supervisor Trainees: The pay scale ranges from ₹32,000 to ₹1,00,000, with a basic pay of ₹33,500.
Selection Process:
The selection procedure includes a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) followed by an interview and document verification.

- SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen: ₹472
