Educational Qualification: Full Time BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering (Four Year duration)
Age Limit: Candidates belonging to the general category should be 26 years old as on 15th May, 2016 and other backward class (OBC) category candidates should be 29 years old. The age limit for those candidates belonging to the Schedule class (SC) and Schedule tribe (ST) category is 31 years as on 15th May, 2016.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age of the candidates is relaxable for the following specified communities to the extent indicated below:-
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST category.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC category.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC category.
Selection Procedure: The final selection will be done on the basis of online written test and interview. Candidates will be called for online test on Engineering Disciplines and the test will be tentatively held from 14th June, 2016 to 20th June, 2016 for all the disciplines. Candidates shortlisted through written online test will be called for interview at NPCIL, HQ, Mumbai. Interviews will be tentatively conducted in July, 2016. Names of the short-listed candidates through online test will be declared in the NPCIL Recruitment Website.
